A local hobby shop is going out of business. They will be selling most of what they got on E-Bay. They will be                           selling off thier display cases. I have reserved one that is 5’L 20"W 27"H with a 10"base. The better to display models with at Mecha Con!!!! :101:  :101:  :101: This way, every body can look but not touch. Photo ops are upon request! Thank you. :101:  :101:

TOHSAAK217 - That’s odd.  I haven’t had any problems getting the page to load and have asked several others if they’ve had problems as well.  All seems to be working fine.

You may want to check and see if there is a firewall or something on your end that’s causing the page to not load for you.

MechaCon would like to remind all Robotech fans that the Mechacon Formal/Semi-Formal Dinner is NOT just for GoldPass members!

Any registered convention attendee can go, by purchasing a dinner ticket with your registration. If you are already registered, you can add a dinner ticket onto your registration. The dinner event is one of the highlights of the MechaCon convention experience, so you won’t want to miss it. Dinner tickets are only $30. However, we can only take a limited amount of dinner registrations, so please don’t wait too long.

I would also like to point out from personal experience that the food at the semi formal dinner is very good (the bread pudding is very tasty) and well worth the money. Also you get interact with your fellow fans and MechaCon Guests of Honor in a fun relaxed setting.

I have a room at the Hilton for Thursday—Monday. If any one is wanting to cut the cost of attending MechaCon, Let me know. I have plenty of room!! BTW, The TWR RYF-FYL MEKKA WURKZ will have an odd assortment of mecha on display in the Artist Alley!!! And of course there will be Protoculture. I’d also like to mention that, as a tradition, we do a lucky-draw with the names of those who are attending the dinner.  Five lucky dinner attendees will have their names randomly drawn, which will give them the opportunity to sit with the guest of his/her choice.

Think about it… how many times do you think you’ll have a chance of having dinner with CARL MACEK, RICHARD EPCAR or TOMMY YUNE?!  The lucky-drawn alone makes the dinner worthwhile! :101:

With the incredible guest list we’ve lined-up for this year’s MechaCon, I don’t see how anyone could possibly NOT want to be included in the lucky draw.  But, the only way to be included is to get a dinner ticket added to your registration… and seating is very limited!

The TWR RYF-FYL MEKKA WURKZ and I will not be able to attend MechaCon this year due to auto repairs. Wheel bearing, rotor, and brakes. Ate up all my trip money. Maybe next year :(  ;_;  :(  ;_;
