The Robotech Convention Tour will wrap up touring for 2011 at Oni-Con in Galveston, TX. Oni-Con will take place n October 28-30 in the Galveston Island Convention located on the famed Seawall Boulevard mere minutes from the historic downtown. Oni-Con has invited Robotech Marketing Coordinator Kevin McKeever to give Robotech fans the latest information on all live the live action and animated Robotech projects currently in production.

i went to the oni con website but there no info, has anyone else had any luck getting further info on what else will be at onicon?

We have not heard anything either. So I suggest you NOT buy tickets untill I can find out what is going on.

I am a regular to mechacon but was unable to make it this year and it would be nice to catch Robotech at oni-con.

I have been watching this post as well as trying to keep up with the oni-con site. So my question is, is the Robotech tour still coming to oni-con? I had noticed that it was pulled from the upcoming events section.

Not a lot of traffic here as Oni-con gets closer. See my little bro has posted. Hey Kev, get my e-mail? ^_^ I am assuming that the Oni people haven’t confirmed with you yet as their site still doesn’t have you in their guest list.

Oni-con’s site is new this year and appears to still be buggy. To enter the site you have to click on the seashell icon on the shoreline, as clicking anywhere else doesn’t do anything. Then click on “continue to oni-con.com” at the bottom of the next page. Even more simple is to just type “oni-con.com/main” into your browser. From there all the links work proper.

I just found out about this!!!!  You guys are coming to Houston and I nearly missed it.  What’s up with Oni-Con’s site?  Their Facebook page seems ok though!
