I have not yet ventured into the world of reading Robotech Fan Fiction.
What’s the best you guys have seen?
Who, what and where do you suggest I start reading?
NB: I really didn’t like the way the Jack McKinney novels were written for a target audience of ten year old children. I’d like a more substantial read if there’s one out there.

already submitted episode 2 a few days ago and episode currently on hold so I can do some grammer and spelling clean up. episode 4,5, and 6 are in draft mode. the dialog structure have been revamped a bit. some teasers for you about the future installments. there will be a revived SDF-1 but will be marged into SDF-2 and Khyron wrecked ship. the New name will “SDF-M”. to avold confusion. the M stands for Merge or Mega. So it will not stand for Macross out of respect to the original Macross.

meh. it was a tough one alright due to alot of tech type questions.

I been busy working on this fan fiction almost daily. I gona through so much 3 plot changes recently. due many issues.

way too many dialogs, things were getting way too far off, too many new charater coming out of the woodworks, story were going alow as hell. so I had to scrapped episode 4.5.6.7.8.9 and revamp 3.

so it gonna be awhile longer.

episode 3. newly re-writen episode 4,5, and 6 should be ready by the end of the year

I’ll be watching for it.  I’m in the middle of a move right now, so I apologize for any delay in posting fan fics.

due to not being able to come with follow up after spisode 2. I don’t there gonna be any future instalments anytime soon.

after going through 10 re-writes. I decided. I’m gonna put this on hold til next year.

but I will say that robotech resurrection will be have a future and as an early christmas gift here what to expect in the future if I decided to get back on again.

Lisa will be supreme commander but not permanent and will have a much bigger role in the story than Rick Hunter.
there is a new SDF ship called SDF-EXCALIBUR. it a merge ship that is a combination of Khyron’s old ship, the SDF-1 AND 2.
Old dead charaters are resurrected accept Ben Dixon.
Two people Lisa’s past returns as well and will have a big role.
General Leonard will have small role and so is emerson.

I started submitting stories last week; they’re short stories set in subsaharan africa during the post TRM and Invid Occupation times. I’ve had the ideas floating around in my head for years, and figured I’d put them to ‘paper’.

you cannot believe how many re-writes I’ve doing. trying to make a great follow up to episode 2 is getting tricky since the series take place six months after Macross saga. I hope to have a version I’m happy with submitted soon.
