Hey I would complain that this ticket service discourages sales!

The stupid AMC website takes you to MovieTickets.com
Then you have to create an new account to buy tickets
The new account link says . . .
“MovieTickets.com is experiencing technical difficulties.
We expect to have service restored within the hour.
Please try again later and thank you for visiting MovieTickets.com.”

I have Not been able to buy tickets since Wednesday.
I called the Burbank theater directly and was told too bad for me, tickets are Not sold over the phone.
After much searching I found a number to MovieTicets.com in Florida
A guy Daniel was a jerk and told me nothing was wrong with his website and it was my computer problem
He told me they do sell tickets over the phone.
The 877 number he gave me was an automated phone number – It did Not recognize Robotech
I kept hitting buttons till it accidentally gave me another phone number to a human

yes I was able to purchase the tickets over the phone using this number.

but it took me two days to accidentally discover this number.
The movie theater was unaware of this number.
MovieTickets.com gave me a 877 number to a automated service that did not recognize the special screening of Robotech
