Uh… wow.  Grats on being one of the biggest fans of RT?  I don’t think I could go on and on like you do in your blog even though I’ve been a huge fan for 15 years… not to be mean, but I really just scanned your posts for the most part because they were long… you do make some good points, though.

Personally, I think we’re lucky to be seeing the official art book come out and if they wanted to do a fan art book they could use the submissions from the site… though I think it would have to have a certain number of pre-orders to go into production due to costs… good luck on your personal projects!  Its more than most fans do!  :bonk:

Thanks a lot for the support… It’s okay if you don’t read all my posts since I often repeat myself for emphasis in hopes that a Harmony Gold official takes notice and sees through my sarcasm and ignorance to actually learn something.

The art book and the upcoming RPG books are indeed good stuff (at least there won’t be a crappy story to go with it).

The possibility of a fan art book (or added fan art gallery in any Robotech merchandise) would be slim because I feel Harmony Gold would rather get professional artists to make art for them rather than the fan community.

Remember the “From The Stars” compilation? No fan artists allowed.

Let me reiterate another point - Harmony Gold doesn’t really care about the online fandom, only convention goers.
