I am a really hardcore transformers fan, Transformers is my favorite show, next to Robotech of course.  I have a vast collection of Transformer toys.  My favorite was always Ironhide.

The American (original) ones or the Japanese ones (copy)? I prefer for much the American Transformers, I still got some original toys in pretty good shape.

yeah, that was pretty cool but it would be even better if the Robotech Fighter type of Skyfire was in the cartoon rather than just the comic.

ITs not skyfire, its jetfire. Jetfire is the valkarie or veritech. Skyfire is different, probably because they didn’t have the rights to animate it.

sorry about that, but Jetfire and Skyfire are the exact same characters, just different names and different designs.

I’m psyched about Car Robots coming to the States. Hopefully we’ll get all of the toys that they got in Japan. The one I’m really interested in is Fortress Maximus. My wallet would really be happy if I didn’t have to shell out the bucks for a Japanese version.

I have the original Fortress Maximus (American)  It’s pretty cool.  It’s really big and the city is a lot better than the Metroplex toy in city mode.

If you think Fortress Maximus was cool you should check out Grand Maximus.  Cerebros has a pretender shell, and the paint deco is pretty cool!

Old School Transformers was great.  I had the original Optimus Prime and Megatron along with a ton of others, and I’m glad they have released the series on tape.  Hopefully I’ll be able to pick up some episodes soon.  I just wish they had the episodes in order though, but hey.  At least it’s out and people can see the real Transformers action rather than Beast Machines.

I loved the Transformers cartoon and watched just about every episode!  I have more than half of the collection, including the rare Jetfire, which I value with my life.  My favorite Transformer good-guy was Jazz, and my favorite villain was Unicron from the Transformers movie, which is a great movie!

Something interesting for Simpson and Transformer fans (if my memory serves me correctly)
:Christopher Collins, the beloved voice of Starscream, also provided the voices of Mr. Burns and Mr. Smithers during the first season of the Simpsons, till his death the following year.
I think Hank Azaria does the pair now, but I can’t be 100% sure.

Also, if you catch a Simpsons episode and Frank Welker (Megatron) appears in the credits, chances are the episode featured some type of animal (chimp, horse, eagle, dog, etc.) as a minor character and Frank was the sounds behind the creature.
