Hello Everyone,

Harmony Gold is allowing Robotech and anime fans the opportunity to attend the premiere screening of Carl Macek’s Robotech Universe at the Harmony Gold Preview House! The screening will be followed immediately by a reception featuring the documentary cast, production crew and the entire Robotech production team.

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE SCREENING?

The premiere screening of Carl Macek’s Robotech Universe will take place at 8 p.m. on October 17, 2011 at the following location.

Harmony Gold Preview House
7655 W. Sunset Blvd.
Los Angeles, CA 90046


HOW TO ATTEND THE SCREENING

If you want to attend the screening please send the following information to rsvp@robotech.com

• YOUR FULL NAME: (as it appears on your drivers license or photo ID)
• FULL NAMES OF YOUR GUEST(S): (as it appears on their photo IDs, limit 2)
• YOUR ADDRESS: (as it appears on your drivers license or photo ID)
• YOUR PHONE NUMBER: (must be a current working phone number)

Please title your e-mail as “Carl Macek’s Robotech Universe screening 10/17/2011” for faster processing. Once your information is verified, your seating request will be added be added to the queue. If seats are available for your party, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Harmony Gold informing you of your reserved seat and check in information.


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND THE SCREENING?

Attendance to the premiere is absolutely free. However, you must pre-register at rsvp@robotech.com in advance to be able to attend.


ARE WALK-INS ALLOWED?

All guests must be confirmed in advance to attend as NO walk-ins will be permitted.

NOTE: Seating is limited. Please understand that not all seating requests will receive confirmation. Harmony Gold reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason at any time.

Can’t do it.  When will the documentary be out on DVD?  In time for Santa?

...on the Robotech Facebook page.  Falcon1 and i will be flying in for this and staying at the Days Inn down the street (8/10 of a mile from Harmony Gold).  Might i suggest this as the “unofficial” hotel for those of us coming from out of town?
