I just read on-line that the Comic Con Registration site was shut down after only 20 or so passes were sold. Due to some technical problem. From the look of things of what I read, the Comic Con for 2011 might be reschedualed for another date(or that could just be for regestration). We should know on Nov. 8
Comic-Con registration will open on Monday, November 22, 2010 at 6:00am Pacific Time. Thank you very much for your patience.
Membership sales will be online only—there will be no onsite sales of Memberships! Supplies are limited.
Please note: Currently 4-day Memberships with Preview Night are SOLD OUT due to onsite sales at Comic-Con in July. 4-day memberships without Preview Night are available. All 4-day memberships purchased online once registration opens will be WITHOUT Preview Night.
Figures that passes with Preview Night would already be sold out. I still hope to get a 4-day pass this time. As single day pass prices have jumped to $37 dollars. 4-day passes are $100 dollars.
ROBOTECHX AND ROBOTECH.COM WERE TREATED WELL AT THE LONG BEACH COMIC CON.
IT MIGHT BE SMALL AND IN IT’S SECOND YEAR BUT I AM WORKING WITH THE CON TO MAKE A BIG IMPACT THERE.
SO FOR AN ALTERNATE TO THE HUGE MONSTER THAT IS SAN DIEGO COMIC CON… LOOK INTO LONG BEACH DURING NOVEMBER. I HOPE TO HAVE A FANDOM ROBOTECH PANEL THERE AS WELL. NOT RELATED TO THE OFFICIAL HG ROBOTECH PANEL. BUT HOPE WE CAN RUN ON SAME DAY.
Regestration is closed again. Appaerently they’re still having problems with thier regestration system (too many people trying to get thier regestrations, overloading the system would be my guess).
People must have been waiting like crazy for this to happen in just a few hours. Now I’m more worried that San Diego will lose the Comic Con. It just seems to be getting too big.
